Back Story
Eugene (Yusuke Urameshi) is a fourteen-year-old delinquent Junior High School who is feared by his school mates. He was killed by a running car while saving a child. Since he was of a bad character and the cause of his death is an act of being agood person, he was given the chance to go back to his mortal body. He became an Underworld Detective and fell inlove with her childhood friend Jenny (Keiko Yukimura). After an encounter with Sensui which killed him, it is revealed that he is a descendant of the demon king Raizen.

Back Story
Vincent (Hiei) is an unwanted demon child. Along with Goki and Dennis (Kurama), they are called Three Wanted Demons. When he was a child, he was thrown to a cliff to die by his family believing he is a cursed child but survived. It is revealed that Vincent is a fire demon.

Fire and Cold resistance: He can survive in an extreme cold maybe because he was born from an Ice Maiden and can withstand heat because he is a demon.
Psychic Powers: This is due to his Jagan Eye implanted at his forehead. It gives him the ability to use telepathy and telekinesis.
Fist of the Mortal Flame: A deadly punch using concentrated flame into his fists.
Flame: He can shoot flames to an opponent at range
Dragon Flame: His deadliest attack which uses black flame of the demon realm and can turn anyone to an ash at a single contact.
Skilled Swordsman: He is a highly-skilled swordsman using his Sword of the Darkness Flame

Back Story
A demon fox and a highly-skilled thief in his past life. He was rebirth to a human mother. When his human mother became ill, he teamed up with Vincent and Gokie to steal three treasures. While being pursue by Eugene, he took the Mirror of Darkness from his partners. He used the mirror to grant his wish to cure his mother which will supposedly kill him but was helped by Eugene by sharing lifeforce to both survive.
